He conceived, compiled and edited this new series of books based on novel systematic method of learning for CA, ICWA and CS aspirants. Dr. Himanshu Srivastava

took his D. Phil from University of Allahabad. He is an Associate member of Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI). He had a teaching experience of about 10 years in Professional Classes. He has authored five books and eight articles. He had participated in National and International Conferences/Seminars/ Workshop. Company Law, Capital Markets and Securities Laws, Corporate Accountings and Cost Accounting are his strong subjects. More than 100 CS have been qualified under his expert guidance and his notes given which have been now in the shape of this book. His primary focus is on enhancing students’ knowledge theoretically and practically as well as focused preparations to ensure success in the examinations and to achieve professional expertise. CA Mohit Bahal done his schooling from New Delhi (Doon Public School) and Allahabad. He is B.Com from University of Allahabad. Thereafter, he passed the Chartered Accountant examination and was admitted as an Associate member of The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI) in the year 2004. He qualified Information Systems Auditor (DISA) examination conducted by ICAI in 2007. In 2009 he became a Fellow member of ICAI. In 2010, he obtained Masters Degree in Commerce from UPRTOU, Allahabad. In 2012 he qualified UGC-NET examination in Commerce and in 2013 he qualified UGC-NET examination in Management. Throughout his studies he was first divisoner, he also holds an Honors Diploma in Information & Systems Management and a Certificate in Concurrent Audit of Banks. He is a visiting faculty at ICAI, Allahabad since 2008. He was associated with University of Allahabad as a visiting faculty for the year 2012-13.He has been working as an Author of books with Shuchita Prakashan Private Limited since 2003.
